24th association meeting with a holiday vibe

On April 17, the 24th annual general meeting of the Association of Independent Safe Technology Specialists (Verband der Selbständigen Tresor-Techniker e.V.) took place in Remagen. We were also present. The event was chaired by Heinz Frank and Uwe Kaufmann.

The event was a complete success: with over 40 participants, it achieved the highest attendance to date. Some members traveled from further away and arrived the day before, which provided an opportunity for intensive exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. During good conversations – often over a shared beer – experiences from daily working life were exchanged, and problems as well as possible solutions were discussed. These lively discussions continued late into the evening.

Despite the sociable evening beforehand, all participants were attentive and engaged at the start of the meeting the next morning. The program offered interesting professional input: we gave a short presentation highlighting the impact of AI-generated images on printed products and online presence. We also emphasized the importance of an authentic visual impression from real-world craftsmanship practice. In addition, Mr. Wolf from R+V Insurance gave a talk on security aspects in banks and savings banks.

After a shared lunch, the event came to a close and participants began their journey home. The consistently positive atmosphere made the annual meeting a thoroughly successful event that left a very good impression on everyone involved.
